Customer-first focused. We will also help find products or services to meet the customer's needs whether we currently offer them or not.

This focus will put the customer & their needs ahead of Mainstay & the companies we sell for. When asked "Who do you represent?" The answer is the customers we sell to and not the list of manufacturer's whose products we sell for.

This may mean helping a customer buy products elsewhere. As long as their needs are met & their problems are solved they will be satisfied & remember who helped them. We believe that the sales will come.

We will also focus on helping local organizations such as Association for Facilities Engineering to assist in educating, training & communicating with our customer base on topics & issues that they are concerned with.
