Philosophy
Customer-first focused. At Mainstay we have several product options available. We will also help find products or services to meet the customer's needs whether we sell it or not.
This focus will put the customer and their needs ahead of Mainstay and the companies we sell for. When asked "Who do you represent?" The answer is the customers we sell to and not the list of manufacturer's whose products we sell for.
This may mean helping a customer buy products elsewhere. As long as their needs are met and their problems are solved they will be satisfied and remember who helped them. We believe that the sales will come.
We will also focus on helping local organizations such as Association for Facilities Engineering to assist in educating, training and communicating with our customer base on topics and issues that they are concerned with. This will help build a more educated, trained & certified customer base for years to come.
